17-2 delayed audio

17-2 is a TV channel that from time to time broadcasts motion pictures
with delayed audio, the soundtrack is behind by several seconds
the action. How do you contact 17-2 ?

It seems to be an intermittent recurring problem with them. I’ve also seen/heard the delayed audio problem at times on their channel 17.4 that airs the “Antenna TV” nostalgia TV network.

WWOO-LD and co-owned WVCC-LD do appear to be running on extremely low budgets. WVCC carries only one of the 4 subchannels on WWOO, NewsNet, and has had similar problems.

WWOO-LD and co-owned WVCC-LD do appear to be running on extremely low budgets. WVCC carries only one of the 4 subchannels on WWOO, NewsNet, and has had similar problems.

As if to underscore the low budget of these stations, WVCC-LD has today lost the NewsNet feed, its only subchannel, though the transmitter is on the air. I agree, this thread would be better located in the TV section.
