189 Iceland on now

Iceland is audible at this time playing music from RAS 2 service. The iternet service is a bit behind the 189 service. Fading in an out to carrier signal.

First heard at around 11pm eastern, continuing through 11:20 pm.
 
Given its proximity, I thought Iceland would've been my first LW catch. I too, will monitor tonight.

I was trying for 171 last night, with no luck, 252 was faint and patchy.

Now I didn't get an actual I.D. on any of the stations from last night, but I also heard what I assume was Radio Monte Carlo on 216, and audible but faint talking on 225.

The 216 signal was good enough that I could tell the man was speaking French.

Maybe Poland on 225? I'm confident it was a foreign language, but way too weak to hear what was being said.

Carriers on 261, and 270.

There was a fair amount of electrical disturbance last night in my area, and that didn't help.
