1979 "Let's Play Cowboys and Iranians" poster

Please help. Does anyone out there know the names of all the guys in the 1979 "Let's Play Cowboys and Iranians" Poster by SRE, Inc. Photographer was Mark McGarr. I was given a dozen copies by my old friend Daryl Gnetz (does anyone know his whereabouts?), the guy holding the sword next to the Iranian hanging from a noose. At the time (79-80) he told me the other guys were Houston DJs.
I framed my copy and have had many comments over the years. History seems to have come full circle and Iran is back in the news.

Please help me identify the others in the photo. (One of the other guys is Daryl's old roommate, Gary ?, who was in real estate at the time. Thanks in advance, Sharron

Walter, thanks for the reply. Which one is he? Could you ask him for other names and/or details? Thanks for your help. Sharron

I'll see what I can find out from him. If you could attach a image of the poster I bet some others could help you out on this one.

Walter, Thanks for the suggestion. Sorry for the delay, my son was visiting from college in Tallahassee. I just discovered I still have 2 of the posters (unframed). I will scan one and attach a photo. I didn't know this would be so difficult. My friend, Darrel Gnetz (who gave me the poster) worked for ASCAP at the time, if that helps to jog any memories.

That also brings back memories of the "Hey Iran" with Mickey Mouse giving the finger. How many grainy copies of that floated around and were hung on the back windows of those custom vans!

Remember the bar San Antiono Rose where the first bull was? Well everyone,I have to thank my wife who found this web site and made me aware of it . Lets get together and shoot another one !

I'm Jeff Fowler, the only guy without a hat in the poster. Back in Houston for about the last 10 years now.
