Didn't know ESPN Classic (owned by ABC) has access to the CBS Sports library.

Play by Play: Lindsay Nelson
Color Analyst: Pat Hayden
Sidelines: (a very young) Pat O' Brien (who sounds BOMBED!)

(I was waiting for Pat to give an opinion....then say "if you agree, walk by me and wink, let's go crazy")<P ID="signature">______________

Yep. CBS was one of the first networks to cut a deal with Classic Sports Network before ESPN got their hands on it. SPEED then obtained rights to rebroadcast the CBS Nascar Races, but the College Football/MLB tapes are still shown on Classic. The NBA games are split between Classic and NBA TV.

And wasn't Lindsey Nelson one of the greatest play by play men of all time?

ESPN Classic also still shows old sports-related stories from "60 Minutes", a CBS program, which was part of the above deal.

All the NBA footage is actually owned by NBA Entertainment.
