1st All Digital Station in New England

I'm not sure how the analog signal was for coverage but the digital seems pretty solid. I can get it on 495 heading north as I get near the Rt 24 exit and is fine as I head to Rt 95 and on to Waltham. Looking at radio locator I would say I'm just on the outside of the "distant" line when the receiver locks the signal. Radio is the factory HD radio in a 2014 F150.

It sounds good, very clean except that when the signal gets weak rather than just drop out as I expected I start hearing some artifacts in the audio. Almost like a ringing sound. When I first heard it I was trying to figure out if it was part of the song but then they took a break and it was still there behind the announcer.
