1st Philly PPM ratings out today: will public get 'em?

Today on radioandrecords.com, buried in the article about Houston being the second market to get PPMs, is this snippet:

Wednesday also marks the first day subscribing broadcasters and agencies in Philadelphia got their first look at monthly PPM radio ratings. In Philadelphia, Arbitron broadcasters representing 65 percent of the market radio revenue have signed for the service. Clear Channel, the nation’s largest broadcaster has yet to encode its signals and will not be included in the ratings until they do.

So far, I haven't been able to find them on the Internet. Will the public get to see 'em? Or, will Clear Channel's non-participation cause these numbers to be unavailable?

The first PPM results are available on allaccess. How seriously can they be taken without Clear Channel? With WDAS out of the mix it's an interesting list with BEN, WOGL and WIP reaping big benefits. It's way too early to judge impact. That will be up to the ad agencies. It's like the local emmy situation. With channel six not participating I don't know anyone who takes those awards seriously. That may happen here with a top three station out of it...for now.

where on all access...not under the arbitron catagory

It's mentioned in a news story. They don't provide a complete report.

Apparently WIP and WXTU showed substantial gains. Apparently jocks and hillbillies found diaries "challenging." Look for stations with listeners who don't/can't read to do well with PPM.

It's nice to get an idea of where SoJo finally ranks in the Philadelphia book.

Camden County College's 100 watt WDBK cumes 26,000 listeners?!

Apparently, Ben is able to keep people from writing down "95.7" as listeners sit on the edge of their seats waiting for the next "we play whatever we want" to come on the air.

And I guess digital confirms paper (more or less): WBEB and KYW at the top of the list.
