http://www.radio4sale.com/forsale.php may be a station already discussed. 50 kW day/night, and apparently they own the xmitter site, since they list stick value as $3.5 M. So not 1510 or 1200. But how about 850? Maybe Entercom is selling 850 so they can keep 1030?

Come to think of it, this ad doesn't mention "leaving the market" so it may not be the same station as in the earlier discussed ad. So there might be 3 stations involved rather than 2.
