I don't know anyone involved and feel sorrow for all involved.

FWIW, the contractor should get a NATE lawyer involved asap.

From the news reports that I've read on this accident, the way ERI is handling crisis management for this tragedy may tarnish their otherwise stellar reputation. I imagine everyone who works for them are in a complete state of shock, which may be why they're not answering any reporters regarding the accident at this time.

I have the highest respect for these guys that do this work. My palms literally sweat when I watch them. Deepest sympathies to the families and coworkers.
