Shawnessy Renegar, who was Director of Marketing/Promotions for 99X, replaces J.R. Ammons (who left for a PD job in Kansas City).Ben Segarra, who was General Sales Manager of Q100 (and actually still had his job with Cumulus), becomes General Sales Manager of WSTR.
 
Segarra leaving will have a huge effect on that already sinking ship. He's one of the most well-respected, well-liked guys in the building with a very loyal sales staff. Look for a lot of Q's big earners to follow him rather than work under Cumulus' rule (which will probably involve commision cuts).
