2 Interesting stations picked up in CT (including a translator from Long Island)

I picked up 2 stations the last 2 says in Southington, Connecticut. Both were on Queen Street (Route 10) in Southington, Connecticut. Both were using the stock radio in a 2010 Honda Civic.

I get that one occasionally in Meriden along Route 5. It will boom in at one location, then be gone completely 100 feet away. Strange. I don't know why we can get a 250-watt translator so far from the shoreline unless they're cheating and running more than the allowed power.
