We are also missing full-time (24/7) foreign languages format. (We have plenty of Spanish language stations already)

And Free-Form/Progressive Rock, too. And how about Beautiful Music and Jazz on the commercial part of the FM dial as well. While we're at it, live Air Talent between Midnight and 5AM, as well. : )

Great post -- you hit the nail on the head with each of your points. I don't know if there's an audience here for any of these formats, but it would be terrific if someone tried any one of them.

KCEA in Athertom is Big Band, but here in San Lorenzo thier signal is very weak. You can't lug a computer around town.

I concur.... Live WEEKEND talent would be nice also.
