2 Pregnant Anchors at same station

I still don't get how husband and wife can work at the same station. I don't see nothing wrong with it at all. But they don't have the same lastname on TV. Wonder why Al Teriz and his son Tony Teriz never both worked at the same station?

Natalie Jacobsen and Chet Curtis were married and were the primary anchors at WCVB/Boston for a couple of decades. She kept 'Jacobsen' which was from a previous marriage, I believe.

After/during some bitter divorce proceedings, Chet and Nat kept co-anchoring for a while before Chet was moved to the Sunday night newscast. Chet eventually moved to New England Cable News and Natalie retired two years ago.

God I remember how awkward that got at times...

I recall reading that quite a few longtime staffers left during this "awkward period of time". Names like Chuck Kraemer, David Ropiek, and Ron Gollobin come to mind but I might be wrong on the timeperiods.

Uhmm...I think you mean TERZI.

Al and Tony Teriz probably work in the Baghdad market :)

I remember that during Sara Underwood's pregnancy, she and Ted Wayman were directed to hold news copy in front of their stomachs during the intro in which they both stood, which looked awkward and downright queer.
