2 QC stations off the air by midnight

For some reason, KWQC and KLJB (along with all subchannels) are signing off around midnight. It's been happening every night for the past two weeks!
 
There's a BUNCH of stuff on that tower...

WMWC channel 53
WQAD channel 8
WQPT channel 24
KWQC channel 6
KQIN channel 36
KLJB channel 18

and construction permits for:
WBQD (LPTV) channel 26
KQCT (LPTV) channel 61

It's possible they're still removing some of the rigging equipment (gin pole etc.) used to install the WMWC antenna. Or, there's still antenna work going on for one of the LPTV stations. It's not safe for people to work near the transmitting antennas while they're active and there are specific OSHA rules covering this kind of work.

I'm surprised only two stations are going off.
