Don't remember seeing the actual footage that day. Saw it years later it's tough to watch. Tony Romeo from KYW NewsRadio was there that day and according to Wikipedia he developed depression after the suicide and had to take a break from journalism. There is a documentary on Dwyer called Honest Man: The Life of R. Budd Dwyer. It's on youtube and it's pretty good.
