On this day, WFLA-NBC 8 has minded their own business while WTSP 10, WTVT 13, and WFTS 28 all switch affiliations in Tampa on December 12, 1994. 20 years later, they are still the same, although some anchors and meterologists have come and gone (Roy Leep-1998, Al Keck-2004?, Martie Salt-2002 (left back to Orlando), Frank Robertson and Kathy Fountain-Robertson-2009, and more recently, John Wilson-2014 (sad... 
) and soon, Wayne Shattuck. Well that's usual, because they either get old, retire or just move on to other careers or return back home (Martie Salt did...to CFL).
