Some voluntary exits from Oxford Street
Charlie Jefferds won't retire again
Country will continue to do well because people are getting tired of other formats & it's probably the one format that continues to emphasize new music while still playing hits from the last 20 years. I realize AC plays new music but much of it is geared to whether or not the songs fit rather than being a popularity thing. Country seems to be what top 40 was in the 70s not that I'm all that familiar with the format.
Lite will continue to win. Coast will continue to flank.
Some radio people let go in 2006 may realize in the long run it's really a relief.

I agree, Depetro is a cash cow for WHJJ, he'll be back.
Helen Glover will stay too.
By the end of 2007 WHJJ will be full time Local talk again.
Matt Allen will somehow be on 5 days a week.
WPRO and WHJJ will have a ratings boost, from all the competition.
Coast will have a good year.
One of the 2 satelite companies will go backrupt. probably XM. Walter

Providence RI will drop out of the top 50 Radio Market . Broad Street will be Crime free . 25 New" Dunkin Doughnut" store's will open up. No more radio ADDS on public Busses . I 195 will be known as "The Big Dig JR " . VH-One Soul..will be put on CoX cable (Providence )and More Stupid Post...Will be here, on " The Providence Board ".

No I think the ones with experience and talent are making enough money so that even though they know the end will come it's worth it to just stick it out and worry about finding work later. Naturally I'm talking about the ones who are really making the big bucks and know sooner or later they'll be looked at as overpaid. It's happened already and you just know when they make a move they won't be able to duplicate their pays.
