2008 Presidential Candidates

What will the Republican & Democatic candidates stand on media consolidation in the 2008 election? Should the Democrats replace the 1996 Telecom Act with a newer one that reduce ownership caps from 45% to 25% of the nationals audience & either a 7-7-7 or 12-12-12 rule on radio & TV stations or will Republicans stand in their way of their caps that were strted when the act was passed? Tell us what you think about it.

Just remember, Congress loves to stroke those in big business, and they pull the strings at the FCC. The presidential contenders can talk a good game, but whatever they say is moot. Beside, they need the big corps for financial consideration, as well as getting out their message. They won't bit the hand that has been gorging them.
