2010 NEW -"THIS IS HOW WE DO IT" (GUESS BY WHO?)

You will stand up and talk loud when I tell you.

I was watching "Comcast"-"Music Choice"-"R&B Soul" I was watching it Thursday night September 9, 2010. I caught the tale ending of it. I couldn't believe it when I seen it.

"The Bar-Kays" are back!!!!!!

It said

"This Is How We Do It"
"Bar Kays" 2010
(then it had the Album Name) sorry I can not remember. I caught it at the tale end

I tried to look for it on Youtube (Friday September 10, 2010) but nothing yet

Your thoughts on their songs??

I'm 35 years old, and when I was younger, I never heard of that group or their songs. The station me, and my neighbors used to listen here in Boston was KISS 108 and W I L D 1090AM.
Back then KISS 108 used to play Rick James, Alexander O'Neal, Prince, Mary Jane Girls, Grace Jones, and Must Be The Music by Secret Wepon to name a few. Now they are CHR. They've always been CHR, but back then, they played those music.

Now, W I L D played more Urban AC music, they were always Urban AC. I never heard "Bar Kays" on either station, not as I can remember.

I started hearing Bar Kays back around 1998 when W I L D started playing more Urban R&B Oldschool. I heard "Holy Ghost" I liked that song a lot

Now, over here in Boston, we have no true Urban AC Major Radio Station. The least we have is about five Pirate Radio Stations that you can only hear in 3 of Boston Urban Cities. If you don't live there, you can not get those stations. If you don't have access to computer, you can not listen to them. They all broadcast live on computers. But if you don't live in those cities, nor not have computer access, you can not hear them.

We have mostly Rock and Rool Stations. It's sad

Anyways, your thoughts on "Bar Kays"??

Oh Yeah,
Currently here in Boston, W I L D 1090am has Tom Joyner weekdays, then 10am-4pm They have Warren Ballentine, and Al Sharpton, then 4pm-Sunset they play Classic Soul and Oldschool R&B (with no Radio Hosts) like those songs I mentioned up there.

On weekends they have some Block Talk/Paid Info Programs at various times. Sunday mornings I hear Donnie McClurkin Radio Show. Other than that, they do play Classic Soul, and Oldschool R&B (with no Radio Host) so sad

They are only on during the day

That's the cloest you can hear this music in this part of Boston, Massachuests. Other than that, you can hear it on those five pirate stations, and (on some college radio stations on various times on weeknights and weekends)
Other than that, sadly we have no True Urban AC Major Radio Station in Boston

We do have "Jamn 94.5" which is Urban/CHR
