CHUCK BENFER WILL TURN CHEAP CHANNEL POUGHKEEPSIE INTO A CASH COW.

WHVW WILL BE SOLD TO A COUPLE OF RADIO VETS AND GO TO ALL OLDIES, 50'S AND 60'S...JP FERRARRO WILL TAKE UP CHICKEN FARMING...

FINALLY--WGNY FM SWEEPS THE MARKET AND SHOOTS TO NUMBER ONE WITH ITS EXCELLENT MUSIC SELECTION. vVAN RITSCHIE WILL BE SHOWN THE DOOR AFTER MGT SAW THE COMMENTS ON THE LAST BOOK FEEDBACK. CORSINO WILL BE GIVEN ONE LAST CHANGE TO STAY AFTER BEING TOLD NOT TO SAY SOMETHING STUPID AFTER EVERY SONG, LIKE HE FEEELS THE NEED TO NOW. BTW-BOB--LAUGHING AT YOUR OWN JOKES IS A NO NO ALSO, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE JOKES AREN'T FUNNY..

Here are my predictions:

WGNY's "Fox Oldies" needs to bring back Rick McCaffery. Rick has been on WKIP since around 2009, but he needs to come out of his retirement to do the "Solid Gold Jukebox" on Friday nights along with his good friend Gary Lee Schwartz. I love to see Rick McCaffery coming back to "Fox Oldies". He will be play some music from 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM including the "Doo-Wop Cruise" playing nothing but doo-wop music from the 50's and early 60's. WGNY's "Fox Oldies" needs to have a doo-wop show for Friday nights. WKNY still has a doo-wop show from 4 PM until 6 PM. I'm a huge fan of doo-wop music, but it needs to put it on "Fox Oldies". Put Buffalo Bob on weekends and bring in some former CC jocks to "Fox Oldies" including "Downtown" Lou Brown, Rick Knight and Tony Flash, just put it on weekdays and leave Van Ritschie on in mornings. Put in some fill-ins for "Fox Oldies" including Max Kinkel (The Max Man), John Samantic and a few others to the station. Put Bob O on weekends also.

Rick never worked at Fox Oldies. I believe they already have Corsino doing a Doo wop show on weekends. The talent they have there does need some tweaking, except for Bob O who's right on the money. My good friend Lou Brown, with whom I worked at 98 FaMe a million years ago would be a good fit, as he's versatile enough for this format. Van is van and my opinion is he needs to go and take his tired old 30 yr old schtick with him. Corsino needs to follow the basics: DONT STOP THE MUSIC!! Especially to say something stupid, you segue from one tune to another and talk over the music. Basics. Flash and knight are better off gone. they don't sound good. I heard that WGNY did extremely well in the fall book for the 25-54 Demo, think they were second from the top!!!

I hope Rick Knight and Tony Flash will end up somewhere on another station maybe WHUD will have a shot or maybe "Mix 97.7" will have a shot. We'll have to see. Tommy Lee Walker as you said is not coming back. Been there and done that.

Here's another thing, if WFRH in Kingston still runs Family Radio since the time after Harold Camping's predictions, are they're selling the station to someplace else like WFME does?
