2013 Sacramento Radio Predictions

To piggyback off a thread on the San Francisco board, any predictions for Sacramento in this coming year?

1) I think we'll see KLVS (KSTN) 107.3 move it's transmitter.
2) KMJE will start construction on their new transmitter site.
3) HD radio will continue to die a slow death in the market.

Any others?

Doubtful since nobody in the market will want to spend the money on relaunching a station.
