2022 Winter Olympics thread

They start this Friday. But with no spectators again, no NHL in ice hockey, and a very unpopular host country this may be a very out of character Olympics. What are your rating expectations? Is your local NBC affiliate doing much coverage? And when it starts, what do you think of the coverage?

For our Canadian poster (or those close to the border), the CBC is covering the Olympics again and is going all out.
Interestingly, the CBC has an hour-long show devoted to hockey despite the lack of NHL players on Team Canada as well as Team USA. I expect the Russians to dominate in the men's competition because their roster is made up entirely of Kontinental Hockey League players.

According to Reuters:

"The U.S. team, which finished seventh in 2018, features 15 university players and five from the KHL, including [Brian] O'Neill, the only returning player from the 2018 U.S. team headed to Beijing."
