It's a CP that expires in February. The eponymous owner is located on the south side of Chicago (humorously, the FCC records show merely CHICA). It is owned 49% by Cooper Fowler Media Company. The sale is interesting since KSQA, LLC seems to be related to Cooper Fowler:

It only cost $12,000! BTW the Barbara J. Wade that was part of KSQA, LLC appears to be the person living at the address that the FCC lists in its records.
