2250 Block Tool!

Hey Folks, I have been on the hunt for a discontinued punch tool for the SieMon 2250 blocks. They stopped making the blocks and tools in 1998. But considering i have a full studio plant built on them and one punch tool i could use a spare!
The blade part number is MFT-01, and the full tool is MFT-714; They also made a cheapo version under MFT-BT.

Any help on finding one or a 3rd party option would be appreciated as the usual suspects(Graybar, CSC, ect..) don't have one on the shelf.

Are you sure they aren't standard 66 or 110 blocks?

Yep, The were made for stranded wire and work well for it, also called a "Multiflex Block".
Just wish they were still made so i could get clips and tools for them.

You may be SOL. You may not be able to find tools for them so you may have to rewire the plant with a different tupe of block. Having something go out of production requiring a major change to the physical plant does happen. For that reason experienced engineers try to avoid proprietary and esoteric components. You may have to pay the price for someone else's poor decision.

As in a Harris transmitter, for example.

Yep, I am going to try and transition gradually considering i do have one tool for them so I'm not toast quite yet. And any new block added will be 66 or 110.

Thanks for the the advise fellas.
