25-1,25-2 in muscatine

I,scanned my tv today and got 25-1, and 25-2 to show up, no programming. I'm,still waiting for me tv. I emailed them and have not gotten a
reply.
 
Jim, KWKB (licensed to Iowa City, studios and transmitter north of West Branch) broadcasts on Channel 25. I noticed this recently myself, but it has since reverted back to reading as 20.1 and 20.2. This would be what you are receiving.

A re-scan should fix the problem. I had video and audio from KWKB last night. They have CW on 20.1, and AntennaTV on 20.2.
