Title says all.
Using a Sangean ATS 909 Radio. Power, stations, languages and target areas provided by Passport To World Band Radio 2008 Edition
Recorded at about 2320 UTC
11550: noise and possibily WEWN in Spanish, Central America, 500 kilowatts
11690: way too weak but possibliy Deutsche Welle in German, South America, 250 kilowatts
11740: Family Radio, English, North America, 100 kilowatts
11750: UNKNOWN, not listed in PTWBR2008. It sounds like spanish or French, who is this?
11780: Radio Nacional Da Amazonia, Brazil, Domestic, unknown power, very good signal
11785: Firedrake weakly, Radio Free Asia target? Anyway, about 250 kw of power
11830: weak Deutsche Welle, East Asia, 100 or 250 kw?
11885: VERY weak firedrake under the noise, Radio Taiwan International target, 100 kilowatts
11920: HCJB, South America, 250 kw
11970: Radio Netherlands, Dutch, 250 kw, East North America
12000: HCJB?
12040 probably HCJB, South America, 100 kw, German

I don't know, a few weeks ago, I heard it just fine on 9745 kHz between 0200 and 0400 UTC.
