While it is possible to filter IP ranges, why would they want to keep U.S. listeners from listening? Right now, any listening is good listening!

Because of roylties on spots rules? Paying actors so much more in royalties aired on the net.

I believe the AFTRA residuals problem only applies in the U.S.--other countries with performers' unions don't have that problem.
