2nd Entertainment/Syndicated TV stations (mostly former MyNetTV affiliates)

I've notice in the year of 2021. A lot of former My Network TV affiliates have drop lots of syndicated entertainment programs and replace with digit nets such as METV, THisTV, Antenna TV and/or sold off to Religious TV network such as TCT. Besides the five big networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and CW). A lot of former Mytv Affiliates have drop their syndicated programs and rely on fulltime digit nets and/or still keep their MNT schedule but in the late night slots in the middle of the digitnets program. Why is that? For example, KAME-TV 21 in Reno has drop it's syndicated schedule and replace 24/7 sports show KAIL TV 7 have been sold to TCT and drop MNT affiliate and their syndicated entertainment programs.

I knew syndication was facing an uncertain future due to streaming shows on demand. But then again probably it's outlets on OTA trying to remain relevant to the current demos for content.

KAIL TV 7 have been sold to TCT and drop MNT affiliate and their syndicated entertainment programs.
Actually, the KAIL TV 7 intellectual unit, including MyNetworkTV affiliation and their syndicated entertainment programs moved to KMSG-LD virtual channel 53.1 in 2020 according to TitanTV
