3-hour long Dan Levin purity product infomercials

It's all a lie! No product can cure everything, but that's exactly what they try to convince you about their Coke U-10, and co-enzyme ke u-10!

Thank you Mr. or Ms. Consumer Advocate!

Just as an observation; for someone who seems to object to paid-block or "infomercials", you and your alter ego Lonelysummer, seem to pay quite a bit of attention to the message. But hey, who am I to argue! Listeners/viewers like you probably have a raft of these products in your medicine cabinet because you hold out hope that the friendly radio announcer is looking out for your best interest. But please Mack, keep it up! People like me can use the revenue.

During these tough times for media, any station would be pleased to sell more blocks of time selling the latest colon cleanser.

Beautiful! Couldn't have said it better myself. ;D

Exactly. If people would stop watching and buying the crap from those friggin PAID PROGRAMMING spots they would soon cease to exist. The problem is, people do watch those things and idiots do buy that garbage.

And you didn't! You were equally as offensive, and just as much the liar! I don't buy those products. I'd rather hear more progressive programming such as we hear during the weekdays. You know what I'm sayin'?

Uh...no...I don't know what you're sayin really. :-\ More progressive programming on a weekend morning than an infomercial?? Hmmm......Nope, still don't know what you're sayin. ::) Wait a minute!! Hey Mack.. you are aware that between the AM and FM band in the Seattle/Tacoma area, there are almost 70 radio stations?? My guess is that at least one of them isn't going to try and sell you something.

Better yet, perhaps a snugger fit on the ol' tinfoil hat is in order to keep the voices at bay.

Dan Levin's Purity Products shows are okay, but I kind of miss Klee Irwin with his shows dedicated (defacated?) to the art of colon cleansing. Better yet for Saturday mornings on 1090, we could have infomercials promoting ITM Trading, A1C, Nightskin, Avacore, Bosley, or Select Quote. I would submit to you that these types of programs bring in more revenue for the station, but quite frankly, the shows might be more entertaining if, say, Thom Hartman or Stephanie Miller were hosting them. Steph does a good pitch for Nightskin, and I don't even like her much!

I like her alot! In fact, if she wants to come over to my place with some of that Nightskin, maybe we can try it on each other!

You should consider getting the B-1 Bomber! That's some good stuff there!
