3 moving San Antonio translators

The following translators have construction permits to move towers in San Antonio, and are now off the air. I presume they're moving or have moved already.

90.5 K213FJ, says on paper it's rebroadcasting KYFS but actually KYFS didn't know about it so it's original Spanish programming. https://fccdata.org/?facid=&call=k2...=&lmspl=&party_type=LICEN&latd=&lond=&lang=en
99.9 K260CC, this one rebroadcasts KEDA and has already filed it's license to cover to signal it has moved. However I cannot hear it on. https://fccdata.org/?facid=&call=k2...=&lmspl=&party_type=LICEN&latd=&lond=&lang=en
102.3 K272EK also filed it's license to cover and I cannot hear it on. It says on paper it's also KEDA and is co-owned with 99.9. However when it was on last month it offered Spanish programming, KYRQ rebroadcast. https://fccdata.org/?facid=&call=k2...=&lmspl=&party_type=LICEN&latd=&lond=&lang=en

They're all back on the air with the same programming, with the exception of 102.3 which is still off. My guess is they haven't moved, the signal strength didn't change for the others.

They lied about 102.3 being on the air. It is not, and their license to cover was granted by the FCC because nobody filed against it for being off... Now nobody can use 102.3 in San Antonio because there is a ghost translator.
