30th Anniversary of the Chicago M.H. Incident

Soon, in November of 2017, it will, yes, unfortunately, it will be the 30th anniversary of Chicago's TV pirating incident. Now that we have the internet, there are conspiracy theories going around the internet, not just in Chicagotown. This is still a cold case to this day, sadly. We don't know who did this, and that's what's sparking the conspiracy theories, because the identity of the invader (TV pirate) is unknown. This suspect, along with another one, invaded WGN, then WTTW in 1987. I have no idea if the punishments for them are more severe and the rewards are much higher now if they find him/her, because it has been almost 30 years since that day. It gave about tons of Chicagoans the creeps, and nightmares. IDK if Chicago kids were watching this, as they were awake and frightened about it or they were asleep and never heard about it until the next day. Considering I have never gone to Chicago, there are videos online about it and now everyone feels what Chicago felt that scary day.
