Steve Martin did really well for himself. PBP guy for the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats (formerly Hornets), first on radio, then (and now) on TV.
 
I used to love that CBS Mystery Theater. Good stuff.

Hard to believe we were listening to all that music on AM back then.
 
No, at that point I was at WRDO in Augusta having moved back from the Green Bay WI area. I arrived in Bangor just after Thanksgiving in 75 at WGUY/12 Rock.
