36 hour Radio Marathon... May 19th & 20th

I am leaving WWLR 91.5 the Impuse graduating with my AA degree in General Studies. so I wanted to leave with a bang
I have been approved to do a radio marathon monday morning into tuesday night May 19th & 20th on 91.5 the Impulse by our club
... Kick ass
there will be a short break monday night which is unavoidable monday night for 1 jock who wants to do the her show 6-9pm on Monday... However I am just gonna work around it hanging tight around a radio studio and the show will continue another 24 hours until tuesday night between 6-9pm. I have not been told by the Vermont State College or any faculty of LSC that I cannot do It. As far as I know I am in the green. I have always wanted to do a long marathon and I am really looking forward in doing this.

Good luck with your marathon and in your future endeavors, Jamie. Remember, ALWAYS be willing to listen and learn. The game changes when you get into commercial radio, if that is your plan.
 
Hey Guys Made it through the night. The radio show has ended up being nonstop. The other Dj who does monday night decided to take the week off.
We are now on the Homestretch of the the 36 hour nonstop radio marathon. Getting through the night was a bit rough but now being the daytime in the Home stretch of this Marathon makes the rest easy :)
 
the ISP for all the Vermont State colleges is out and I have been getting calls about it being out around town and the area as well The Internet stream went down. I am on 14 Verizon 1x right now figure I let you guys know what happened to it.. Just Check back within the hour to see if its back I guess. I'll be on until 6pm for a grand total of just under 37 hours... I wish I could Do more I really enjoy the marathon i am doing

Internet stream is back up and running :) I'll be finishing between 6-8pm tonight based on the listenership and phone calls. i gotta say Its been really fun to do this
