since Scott Connor abruptly left KFYI in mid February. Nurse Jeff and I will be marching on the CCU-Plex Monday to protest the Chick Boss' inability to hire a permanent host. The current subs include David Leibowitz, Brian "just shoot 'em" James, Terry Gilberg and Jim Sharpe. C'mon CB, those Connor shoes can't be that difficult to fill!

I'll be going on a modified hunger strike (no carbs,) till they bring back Leibo for good.

God help us if it's Terry Gilberg. My money is on Sharpe. He's already full time at KFYI and he's the best of the fill-ins, hands down. Plus, even though it doesn't amount to anything regarding ratings, he may be the nicest guy in Pho-town radio.

Screamers and Droolers are where it's at. Otherwise we have talk radio like KTAR where no one has an opinion. zzzzzzzzzzzz Chickie B is right to be taking her time. Liebo is a KTAR brand. zzzzzzzzzz Wake me up when this whole issue about almost nothing is over.

'Specially considering the backlash concerning the Brian James debacle,which does NOTHING for KFYI. Any idiot could have said that. Takes talent and thoughtfulness to get the same point across,without the over-the-top controversy for the sake of pub.

BK would have been totally wasted on Free FM and K'TR has dragged their heels in making any changes, save for more traffic. I hear Chick Boss want BK to come in ASAP and do a few nights.

Of course its always wise to get a 2nd opinion, right Doc ??
