3rd Rock, Coach, and Just Shoot Me on WQAD

This Thursday, three classic primeitme shows from the '90s will air on Quad Cities' NewsChannel 8: 3rd Rock From The Sun (5p), Coach (6p), and Just Shoot Me (6:30p). Is this legal? Are there any other stations doing this? I didn't think 3rd Rock and JSM were available for syndication anymore, but if they all still are, why doesn't WQAD offer these shows to Quad City viewers all the time?
