3WT to drop talk

Now would be an ideal time for another station to step up and switch to a talk format, especially with the uncertainty of the futures of AM 570 and AM 1260 under Red Zebra ownership...
 
Could this mean Bonneville doing local/national progressive talk on 1050 once all is said and done?
 
Personally, I'm getting sick and tired of every year ( or less) hearing about Bonneville screwing up ....uh...excuse me....excersizing wise programming decisions...with TOP and 3WT. Like a bunch of kids who haven't had their prozac, they throw the stations and the formats up in the air and wherever they land that's what they do. God forbid the listener should ever get an opportunity to get used to something they enjoy..FM is dead. Glad we have satellite radio at least the programming has been consistant over a 12 month period. I think the FCC should shut off all commercial FM stations and turn the band over to Amateur ( ham) radio operation...At least it would be more interesting. Or let 88-108 mhz revert to pirate radio. At least there would be a reasonable explanation for the terms instability and inconsistancy in radio. Heck just sell off the whole band to the mexicans...at least they will program it and leave it the heck alone...
