Not that I'm aware of. Harris at one time had the "CD Link" but I don't know if it's still available or even what the specs are.
I don't think the CD Link is still made...it was a 2 channel model. The Harris CD Link was replaced by the HD Link (URL below). It will carry two uncompressed stereo channels, and more.

By 4 channel do you mean 2 stereo channels? Then yes, I have several Moseley's running 2 stereo channels at 44.1 kHz and 128 QAM. I recommend a strong signal, filter, and maximum interleaving for 128 QAM.
I too am aware of only the TFT and Moseley Starlink.
