43.8 Is Off The Air What Happened??

43.8 Houston is off the air now you see just the colored bars it has been off the air a few days now what happened??
 
The life of a brokered TV station, DJ. UTN will pop up most likely on 21.4 or .8 both of which have the same color bars you mentioned. Not sure when 21.4 lost 2Vision, but it's gone.

Also to note that MiCasa has left KTBU's .4 and now resides @ 21.7 for those that didn't know. The musical chairs continue at both 43 and 21. I suspect they are run by the same folks or their is a relationship between the two of some sort. Seems their programming shifts between the two quite a bit. UTN and UHN have been on subchannels of both, as well as @ KZHO's .5 at one time (UTN).

If your interested in the old westerns and movies that used to be on 43.5 and 21.3, I've found that relocated to 21.6, now. Beware, the station seems to freeze and become a stillframe for days at a time though. Frustrating when you're trying to watch an old lost episode of Bonanza that Me-TV must not have in the library.

Speaking of Me-TV, why has the ID for 57.4 been changed to KUBE-DT 57.5, but still broadcasting on .4? That's technical, I know, but it had been correct until the "Summer of U & Me TV on The KUBE" promotion stopped and it switched to "Fall for Me". Are there plans to move it back to .5?

Noticed a completely different lineup of channels on KUGB 28 now. All except the .1 and .8 have changed to African programming. That happened a couple of weeks ago by my recollection.

Gave itt a shot and that yielded a black screen for 21.4, 21.6, & 21.8. 21.3 & 21.7 are both frozen in time. Stuck on informercials. 21.4 is nowhere to be found. 21.1 & 21.2 seem to be the only feeds working for KVQT, at least from where I sit.

I liked 2Vision as of 3 weeks ago. Found that they play old hairband videos from the 80's on Saturday mornings. Made me do a double take when I saw Bon Jovi's "Bad Medicine" vid. Felt like high school again...
