431,502 microvolts/meter (uV/m), give or take. But who's counting?

Your friendly neighborhood FCC field office, that's who. There's may be something to be said about being measurably discreet. Anybody gots any ideas what he was playinz? Rap? Salsa? Cajun? Tejano? Country? Greasman?

The Miami Office received information that an unlicensed broadcast radio
station on 101.1 MHz was allegedly operating in the West Palm Beach area.
On September 29, 2008, agents from this office confirmed by direction
finding techniques that radio signals on frequency 101.1 MHz were
emanating from an antenna mounted on the roof of The Harvey Building, 224
Datura Street, West Palm Beach, Florida. This office has received
information that the radio signals were originating from an FM transmitter
located in a suite which you lease. The Commission's records show that no
license was issued for operation of a broadcast station on 101.1 MHz at
this location in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The field strength of the signal on frequency 101.1 MHz was measured at 431,502 microvolts per meter (uV/m) at 274 meters, which exceeded the maximum permitted level of 250 uV/m at 3 meters for non-licensed devices.

You know ive decided to reduce my 250 watt flame thrower down to Part 15 levels,,,, It was fun while it lasted but im already in some trouble and some engineers said that with my Haat with the 250 watts could more than likely be up to 800 to 1000 watts, so i going to do the net only thing... I didnt realize how much of Warm 93.9s signal I was cutting off,,, so no more Pirate for me.. Ill get a Range master and use the X-band on AM, and run a net stream,, its not worth a raid.. Prison Time and 10 grand in fines... Besides that. being a fellow DXer its nice to have an open frequency for DX,, You can hear all kinds of stations boom in on 93.7 during Summer, and Winter Solstice Tropo...

Clubber...

Right now streaming is doing well as far as advertising revenue. This might be great if you can get sponsors.
My take is... if you can bring money in instead of facing spending your hard earned money on Forfitures. It's a big plus.
Banner ads and charging a minimal processing fee to play unsigned artists (under a royalty free contract)
You could stand to offset some bandwidth expenses.

Good luck.
The Beave

We will establish this medium wave station we recently acquired (towers and all) just south of the Rio Grande.
