#45 Norfolk-Virginia Beach November 2022 PPMs

https://ratings.****************/content/arb109

Here are some highlights from the so-called "beauty contest" numbers released this afternoon:

Audacy's WVKL, 95.7 Smooth R&B, moves up from a 9.7 to 10.1 to retain its spot at #1.

Further supporting the assertion of many on this board that rock is dying, Saga's FM-99 WNOR dropped from a 7.1 to a 5.3 for the #6 slot. Its format is listed simply as "Rock," not "Active Rock." I don't know how long that's been going on.

I'm still waiting for some jazz lovers to explain what caused Hampton University's WHOV to slide from a 2.7 last June to a 1.0. It comes in at #19.

Sinclair Telecable's 850 WTAR/96.5 "Lucy FM" comes in at a 0.1 and a ranking of #21. The flip to Hot AC occurred three months ago, but Nielsen still lists it as sports. I filled out the correction blank, so we'll see what happens.
