4th of July mixes

Here in Dallas, 97.9 The Beat kicked off their 4th of July mix at 5pm. Who else is doing the damn thang?

Suite 62 on XM Radio is doing a mix show right now

I thought 97.9 The Beat would be mixing all weekend long, but they didn't. That station is nothing like it used to be when Darrell Johnson was Program Director and George Laughlin was General Manager. It truly sucks now. To my surprise, 94.5 K-Soul did a "Funky 4th of July Mix" yesterday. They never do anything on a holiday.

Im really upset at my favorite hip-hop station, HOT 107.9 here in ATL. Usually, the "4th of July Megamix" is ALL weekend long from Thursday to Sunday. This year, they only mixed on Friday the 4th all day. When Jerry Smokin B was PD and Wayne Brown was GM HOT 107.9 would mix nonstop. Steve Hegewood fuc--in up my station!

So I see it's going on everywhere.... So what are they going to blame the shortage of mixing on?.... High gas prices also?....
