Have been considering using the new system by Orthogon called "The Gemini Lite". The makers claim NLOS (Non-Line-Of-Site) with up to 124 miles distance. We need to STL with a 30 mile link. Evidently this system uses (if I understand correctly) AM thus the possible distance and NLOS. Can anyone comment specifically on this system rather than commenting on 5.8 Ghz in general. This is supposed NEW technology and there is supposed to be a major difference. At 30 miles there is not many options for STL'ing. Also we are looking for someone familiar with this system's installation that will install it for us, 2 links total (one on each stick). You can reach me at [email protected]
