530 RVC Turks & Caicos - Still On The Air?

Anyone have any idea if this former coastal powerhouse signal is still on the air?
 
When I was in St. Pete last month, I was hearing something unidentifiable at times under R. Encilopedia. I don't think it was a TIS, and I also think CIAO would have been a bit of a stretch.. So IMHO RVC is probably as good a guess as any.

Sidebar point: I thought R. Enciclopedia was stronger than in the past. It easily tripped the scan button daytime in my rental car radio.
