In this board's educated opinion, what is the average amount of money a good radio Sales Manager should make, based on percentage of net revenue? Arkansas and nation-wide...? (I'm not asking for a dollar-figure here, just a percentage of net revenue).

So far no one seems to be ready to jump into your conversation. Having been out of the business for awhile, I have no answer to give you.

You might want to clear up a definition and maybe add a condition/question or two?

NET revenue? GROSS revenue? If you were sales manager, what revenue would you expect to be paid on?

As Sales Manager would you expect to carry some accounts on which you would get full salesman's commission and then also get your personal production counted in the calculation of what we used to call "over ride" on NET or GROSS revenue?
