Basically, since the LA Board is full of (censored)-up messages that don't pertain to Sandy Eggo; here's the info for our own personal viewing and dining pleasure:

KKGO call letters return to AM 1260. These are legendary call letters for la LA.

The owner Saul Levine's moniker for the station is Unforgettable.

The line-up includes:

[*]Mark Morris 6am-10am
[*]Bob Myers 10am-3pm
[*]John Regan 3pm-7pm
[*]Bill Alexander 7pm-11pm
[*]Mike Johnson 11pm-5am

Lately, we've been hard pressed to get messages on the LA board about radio.

I dunno. I find it hard to call KKGO a set of legendary casls as KKGO was never a legendary class station...

That's the problem, Chris. Every time we try to moderate, threads devolve into questioning the moderators' decisions.

Josh, feel free to chime in here ...

BTW, has anyone noticed that most of the "Unforgettable" airstaff is the same from the "K-Surf" format? This may be the longest time Saul has kept a set of air personalities without a wholesale firing.

No kidding.

Especially when I made a topic stating that I would like to see all of the Indie chatter cut down as it has led to the MOST closed topics of any station that has ever been discussed and then I decide to close it immediately as to prevent a flame war in that thread from taking place. Now people have now taken that as a moderator infighting, but it means that I have wishes for the direction of this board and others I moderate and do not want to debate on the issue further.

Folks, let's get back to the basics of radio discussion.:)
______________

Thank you Moderators

before tuning to a new subject: I must reflect on how the San Diego section has grown. The discussions here have been good and some have been outright entertaining. I very seldom explore outside of this section.

I know first hand the frustration of having a website. Most users do not undertand the return on investment must mean that the profit has to be poured back into the labor of love for it to continue.

With that said, the moderators moderate moderatly (3M); and it's up to the posters (i.e. you that are reading) to self-moderate.

No fireworks intended; Happy Fourth of July,

and because the it's a requirement in my membership,
