570 WSYR To Simulcast On 105.9 FM

Its hard not to defend CC in this case. Lets face it, CC must make business decisions, many of us on this board don't. I read on another site that WPHR was 13th in the ratings with a 2.6 share. Doesn't sound like a profitable revenue stream to me. What's in your wallet?

According to CNYRadio.com it looks like there are now applications to the FCC to move WSYR-FM from the "Aloha Stations Trust" back to CC, and to move WPHR-FM from CC to the "Aloha Stations Trust". This more than likely means that WSYR-FM is coming back to Syracuse, and the soon to be former WSYR-FM from Florida will become WPHR-FM. As soon as this call sign swap goes into effect, we will be closer than ever to seeing WSYR go FM.
