Are they playing with their new 12k signal/array/phasing? Does anyone have an ETA on when the power upgrade will be complete?

My daughter is waiting for the answer to this with bated breath.
 
I think the power upgrade is done but the volume from the satellite is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I personally do not listen, was just observing the signal. But you are right about Miley, I wish she would just vaporize.
 
Does this station even register in Arbitron now that they use PPM's 6+ instead of 12+? And will a power increase even matter if that is the case?
 
I thought they were installing the new transmitter a couple of months ago and there were comments here about it gonig life in a few days. Hmmm... something go wrong?
