6-28 evening E-Skip - TX

I caught an FM station from Salt Lake City last evening about 7 p.m., all the way in southeast TX near Houston. I was driving to the NW of Houston where there are more open frequencies than in the metro, and on 103.5 FM I normally get a weak signal from Bob FM in Austin. But instead I heard a stronger signal that identified as 103.5 The Arrow and played classic rock. Then during some commercials Utah was mentioned along with their website, 1035thearrow.com. Back at home I confirmed the station serves Salt Lake City. Catch - 1143 miles.

The signal was only strong for about 10 minutes then became weak to nonexistent after that.. but it could have been partly due to my traveling which may have moved me out of an optimal reception area. I also tried checking a few more open frequencies but didn't hear anything else.
