6 months for $19.99

I got XM in June with my new Hyundai. After the 3 months free ran out I got repeated calls offering "deals". I patiently explained that while I loved the service I just don't use my car enough to justify it. Last week I got offered 5 months for $19.99. Just to shut them up I told them if they made it 6 months I would take it. After a couple of minutes on hold for the "have to talk to the manager" BS they went for it. No reactivation fee or anything else but royalty for a grand total of $23 and change for 6 months.
If they did it for me I'm sure you all can get the same deal.

When will they stop ruining my reception of interstellar signals? I am trying to dx the remote reaches of the universe on exactly the frequencies they are jamming on. I want to sue for the pollution they are raining down on my property.
And if I decide to decode their signals, I won't pay a penny for them.

No. 1, They're not worth paying for, at the horrible compression rate used.
No. 2. If they don't want me to decode their signals, they can figure out how to keep it off MY property.

I know the FCC decided to "grant" impossible "ownership" of these frequencies to the users, but that's like trying to own
a certain "shade" of red, like Coca-Cola red. You can get the US Patent and Trademark Office to "say" you own the color,
but you can't send a bill to the sun, demanding payment for emitting that spectral frequency.

You can get suckers to buy the Brooklyn Bridge, but it doesn't mean either party ever owns the bridge.

They sent me snail mail offering 5 months for $20.00. I shredded it.

Excellent... Anyone that lets them "talk them into a deal" is very insecure and lets others walk all over them.. (XM IS BASICALLY CRAP)

I was offered a three month free deal the first time and took it.

The second time, I just said no. The compression has gotten ridiculous, not to mention repetition(verbatim sometimes) of previous day's lists and shrinking playlists.

Well I don't think I got "walked over" at $3.50 a month when others are paying 4 times that. Sure beats lugging CD's back and forth-if they don't melt first.
