I liked how Wired (or should I say, Wild) 96.5 in Philly launched. It was an all day stunt, beginning with a few hours of Christmas music (Philly already had 2 all-Christmas stations then). Then it had a skit in which the "janitor" takes over the radio station and starts playing hip hop. And then they played the same 10 songs for 3 days. They literally went into record stores and bought out all the CHR albums because they had no music library (I think that was part of the stunt too). Then Clear Channel sent them a cease and desist to stop using their "Wild" trademark, and that actually brought them publicity "Go to your Webster's dictionary and erase the word 'wild'".
