600 AM Status ?

I have access to remote radio receiver in the Vermont area...i was tuning 600 AM and heard electric noise on the frequency. anyone know if any work is being done there ?
 
We're assuming work is being done. If they're not on by the middle of November of this year, they're done. They can not file for any more extensions. There hasn't been any news in a few months except for "we're close and should be on in time".
 
I heard a rumor that 850 AM may not get on the air in time for the deadline. I'm wondering if 600 AM might also be effected here.

According to a report by Steve Faguy on cartt.ca, TTP have "scrapped" plans to launch 850, and the chances of 600 and 900 making it to air before their 3rd extension deadline in November "seem slim."
